The change to enough-url modifies it so that it behaves the same as enough-namestring (which was previously used) does. What I am not sure about is whether the create-folder-dispatcher-and-handler dispatcher and handler can handle an empty path. What you'd propably want to see is a directory listing? Can you fetch files if you specify the complete URL?
