Not sure if anyone's interested at all, but I forked this a little while
ago and have been on-and-off hacking on it for the past couple of days
https://github.com/Inaimathi/Common-Lisp-Actors
Comments and criticisms appreciated.
I'm currently experimenting with adding output queues to each actor so that
they can be completely decoupled rather than statefully tracking targets.
That seems to be the only annoying part of developing with the library. It
seems that the changes were made without major explosions, but it's pretty
late my last tea was quite a while ago.
Just happened to come across this in my RSS feeds:
http://lispjobs.wordpress.com/2012/07/19/part-time-clojurelisp-programmer-t…
Figured someone might be interested. If not, apologies. Clojure +
Minecraft sounds like fun.
Might want to update the TLUG website if LinuxCaffe is no longer the
meeting point.

Hello everyone,
Here is the link for the program that I brought into the meeting
for review.

I'm having difficulty with getting it to work as a script. I'll be
going back and trying to make things work as a script and then build
them up step-by-step to find out where I'm making mistakes.

I can vouch that the Tor and Doctorow talks are interesting. Seriously,
watch them.
Still working my way through the other ones (I may have to send "Print me
if you dare" to my boss; we do a lot of stuff for various clients that use
HP printers).

Pssst... linuxcaffe has closed down; any preference on another place? I'll
be at the timmy's outside of Christie Station in the meanwhile.

Hello!
If my memory serves me correctly, today is the first Tuesday of July:
[The Toronto Lisp Users' Group] meets on the first Tuesday of every
month, at LinuxCaffe, just south of Christie subway station.
Meetings start at 6pm and will generally go to about 8pm.
I hope to see you at the Linux Caffe tonight!
