For those interested,
Let Over Lambda was announced on c.l.l. a few months ago: http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.lisp/browse_thread/thread/d7ca04795...
Since then a few reviews have cropped up, some favorable (http://www.adampetersen.se/reviews/letoverlambda.htm) and some not (http://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/6kc4p/new_book_about_common_lis...).
The book is self-published and available via lulu (http://stores.lulu.com/letoverlambda). The author has also made the first 4 chapters available at http://letoverlambda.com/index.cl/toc for your perusal, although a few reviewers have remarked that the book doesn't really shine until after the free chapters.

Hi all,
Just got my grubby hands on a copy of "Let over Lambda, 50 years of Lisp" by Doug Hoyte. Looks very promising. The author writes "While 'On Lisp' will show you the different types of macros, this book will show you how to use them."
I'll bring it along to the next meet, together with a couple other book aquisitions of late.
