Bento Miso can indeed host a larger group. I'm ok with either location. Wave gets minor preference because it happens to be closer to my work, but if other people can't make it due to location, I'd prefer to make the further trip rather than exclude attendees.
Last I heard from the Toronto Haskell mailing list, they were re-thinking their meeting time (though from what I understand, they're still hosted at the Hack Lab; no idea whether that's from preference or for lack of another venue). We could send them a heads-up about our December meeting time/place and see if they'd be ok with it.

Bento Miso works best for me.
I am in Burlington. I *hate* driving in to T.O. so I can only attend if I can get there via public transportation (train, ttc). Linux Cafe was good in that regard; Bento Miso looks OK; Wave not so much (correct me if I'm wrong).
I have not attended in about a year, and would love to do so. Location matters, but also I would really like to connect with people doing Haskell, as that has been my main language of late.

Both locations are just off Queen street, so they should both be reachable by streetcar. You actually had to take a bus to Wave last time because of construction. Not sure if that's still true. Anyone?
Both are also about the same distance away from the nearest subway station, so people coming in from outside TO (which I assume means you effectively start at Union) shouldn't see a difference in commute time if distance is anything to go by. I'm just honestly not sure whether there's a significant traffic flow difference between Queen E and Queen W in the evening.
If we want Haskellers attending in significant numbers, I suggest we finalize a decision on time/location so I can at least drop a line on the haskell-toronto mailing list.
