I want to change a commit message. In Subversion, one needs to provide a hook script to do it. The default (pre-revprop-change.tmpl) allows only editing of log messages. I've renamed the one in the usocket repository to pre-revprop-change and wanted to set the executable bit for group and owner, but alas, the site config won't allow it. Could you set the right bits for me please? Would it be a good idea to enable log message editing by default, btw ie for all svn repositories on c-l.n? Hi, I'd like to host a Darcs repository for the Gentoo Common Lisp project on common-lisp.net to provide Gentoo-using Common Lisp users an easy way to contribute to the collection of Common Lisp libraries, implementations and applications in Gentoo. I am the original author and maintainer of the Gentoo Common Lisp packages[1]. The collection includes packages for over 200 Common Lisp libraries, implementations and applications. While these packages have many users, I have been the only Gentoo maintainer for it. Unfortunately, with recent changes in my life, I can no longer put enough time into the maintenance of these packages. The barrier to contributing in Gentoo as an official maintainer is too high or time consuming for most users. Therefore, I'd like to create a project to maintain the collection in a distributed version control system outside of the official Gentoo project. In the past months I've been working on an I/O library: sockets, a basic DNS resolver and I/O multiplexing(only select() but soon I'll add epoll and kqueue support).
