You're right, ssh to common-lisp.net is down; I don't know why but I'm
sure Drew will fix it soon.
thanks for letting us know,

Hi,
Is it expected that ssh to common-lisp.net is not working? I don't
think it's a misconfiguration at my end, but these things are always
possible...
Thanks,
Christophe
To whom it may concern,
I'd like to humbly request hosting for my project, Objective-CL. It's
a free Objective-C bridge for Common Lisp that targets both Mac OS X
and GNUstep.
Actually, the only thing I currently need is two mailing-lists (-devel
and -announce, although -discuss and -bugs would be nice to have,
too), as due to the lack of popularity of my project, I can afford
hosting its website myself for now. Then again, who knows what the
future is going to look like...
Project name: Objective-CL
License: GNU LGPLv3
Project members: me only (Matthias Andreas Benkard)
Current website: http://matthias.benkard.de/objective-cl
My GPG public key: see attachment; fingerprint: A29E C49D E22B 4A5F

Thank you for your time,

Hi Peter,
Actually, I'd lost track of why you were getting a common-lisp.net
account to begin with <smile>.
done!

Hello, Mr. friendly c-l.net administrator!
I'd like (with Tobias' permission) to be added as a member of the
editor-hints project.
I don't believe I have an existing c-l.net account (even stranger
things have, at various points, happened to my memory, but I'm pretty
sure about this), so here are the data:
name: Michael Livshin

Ouch, this stinks. I don't know much about mailman, so if any of you
do can you point me in the right direction?
This is a stupid default, and i'd like to scrap it completely if nobody objects.

What do you think about altering the scripts so that the mailing list
owner's real email address (in their .forward) is included in the list
of accepts for each list?

Hi Andrea,
You are subscribed using your common-lisp.net account, not your
regular mail account. It's a bit silly but that's how it's setup now.
Since you are the administrator, you can fix this via the web
interface. Let me know if you have any questions.
