I was trying to set up asdf-install to work with proxy, but I've faced
with the following issue. There are no such global variables as
*PROXY-USER* and *PROXY-PASSWD*, asdf-install:*PROXY* do exist. Its a
SBCL 1.0.3 on Linux and its built-in asdf package.
