Hello, I'm trying to use ASDF (git repo) with Corman Lisp 3.0 natively on Windows. I managed to have Corman Lisp load ASDF, but now I have a configuration problem. I have a file C:\Users\Didier\.config\common-lisp\source-registry.conf which contains this: (:source-registry (:tree "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Common Lisp\") :inherit-configuration) But ASDF doesn't find any of the packages I put there. asdf::*source-registry* seems to be NIL. I am pleased to announce the release of ASDF 2.24. Since previous release 2.23, the changes are as follow: Portability: * ACL: handle SMP vs non-SMP builds in Allegro 9.0 * MKCL: add support for ManKai Common Lisp * ECL: merge improvements from ECL git. Refactor ECL support somewhat. * Remove broken-fasl-support: first, cormanlisp is supposed to have fixed it; second, cormanlisp is dead; third, one can now (setf *load-system-operation* 'load-source-op) instead. Internals: * renaming ends-with to string-suffix-p to avoid conflict with alexandria. * Refactor load-system to use *load-system-operation*, and change require-system and module-provide-asdf to use that. Also note: * We recommend you use asdf-utils to access the utilities in asdf. Some time next year, we may stop exporting the utilities from asdf itself. * To avoid conflicts between alexandria, fare-utils, xcvb-driver, asdf-utils, etc., you can use xcvb-utils that solves the conflicts. Or you can use fare-utils:define-package-mix that will help you automatically resolve them. These changes are few and subtle, but nonetheless significant to those who'd use these features. Hello ASDF maintainers, I have done a port of ASDF 2.23 to MKCL that will be included in the next MKCL 1.1.0 release candidate. ASDF has been bundled with MKCL for a long while already but I think that, with 1.1.0, MKCL is now stable enough for the port of ASDF to MKCL to be usefully merged with the ASDF main development branch. The new ASDF 2.23 for MKCL code is available on github at: git://github.com/jcbeaudoin/asdf-mkcl.git I hope you will find convenient enough to pull from it the relevant parts for the merge. I am pleased to announce the release of ASDF 2.23. Since previous release 2.22, the changes are as follow: * add new :compile-check argument to compile-file* and around-compile-hook. This allows for consistency check of .fasl output before the file can possibly be seen by other builds (i.e. no race condition). This change makes the asdf-finalizers extension possible. * export more utilities for dealing with pathnames from environment. These changes are few and subtle, but nonetheless significant to those who'd use these features. [asdf-devel] recompiling a system when depency system changed

Hello. I have a local project, it's ASDF system specifies :depends-on (#:fiveam ...) The recent quicklisp delivers new version of fiveam. But when my program performed asdf:load-op on that system, the system didn't get recompiled, and old .fasl files are loaded (with error, because they become incompatible). Is it expected behaviour of ASDF or should I dig more and isolate the problem in reproducible test case? Best regards, - Anton
