As I mentioned, I'm still hoping to run some more uiop:run-program tests on Windows (at least for Allegro and CCL -- I don't have LWW at present and I haven't been trying to run SBCL on windows lately -- any other implementations should be priorities on Windows?). I'll post a note to the list when I have a few hours to dive into this again myself... if anyone else feels like looking into it first, then please don't hesitate, and let the list know.

This has Vladimir Dyomkin's patch for some of the version-handling code (thanks, Vladimir!).
It also has a fix to failures of test.run-program on LispWorks.
This is version 3.0.2.6. It is *not* a release yet! I'd like to see some more tests run, and there's one more bug in UIOP that should be fixed, before we release 3.0.3.
Best, Robert
