Thanks for the prompt reply. 20.04.2019, 16:17, Antoniotti Marco <antoniotti.marco@disco.unimib.it>Hi the CDR situation is as you see it. Indeed; I hope for a partial revival (and in any case unambiguous identifiers are useful) 1. I agree that the links for the mailing lists could go to the Mailman pages. Does it make sense for me to submit a patch, and if yes — against what? Is the static HTML the true source? 2. It has been a while, but why not? OK, thanks. I am not sure what you mean with your last question. Well, CDR4 defines that the initial mutable-proposal period is 6 weeks, but a longer period could be negotiated; from my experience with discussions in other communities, I would want to freeze the document based on the discussion beginning and then running out of changes to discuss (or out of arguments for/against some change), not by some time limit precisely agreed upon in advance.
1. I think the links should go to https://mailman.common-lisp.net/listinfo/cdr-announce https://mailman.common-lisp.net/listinfo/cdr-devel https://mailman.common-lisp.net/listinfo/cdr-discuss
I guess I also have a process-related question: do I understand correctly that negotiating a longer (maximum) initial period is compatible with declaring a condition for ending it before the negotiated maximum (but after 6 weeks after initial proposal)?
