Since I didn't really know whether it supports it, I tried. As I'm
writing this, the commits are flying by my screen. So, I guess it
works. Additionally, I verified that the svnserve version installed is
1.4.2, meaning it really should support this.

Thanks in advance for any progress you can make here! I guess you can
add common-lisp.net to the domains supporting svnsync.
Bye,
Erik.
Hi ohloh admin!
Ever since I have submitted the armedbear project, the source importer
has been in a state of "failed".
Could you explain a bit of the technical process that Ohloh uses to
contact the Common-lisp.net repository? How many connections are
created, how fast in succession, etc?
Could you at least try to restart the import process again? I'd really
like it to finish. If it keeps failing, I hope to work with you to
resolve the issues which come up.
Regards,
Erik.
