[ECL Quarterly Volume 2]

Dear all, I've published second volume of ECL Quarterly. It is available here: https://common-lisp.net/project/ecl/quarterly/volume2.html Earl Ducane also started a great project to share ECL workflow hints (it didn't made to Volume 2 due to time constraints and will be published at Volume 3): https://github.com/earl-ducaine/stupid-ecl-tricks-1 I hope, that this will be permanent part of ECL Quarterly. Great! I have started cl-test-grid tests, to compare results with previous release. Will follow up with the results in the following days.
