strange error... I think it depends on the "reloading" of uiop system. You can put the following line in the beginning of your build.lisp.
(asdf:register-immutable-system "uiop")

It demostrates, how a programm, compiled with ECL is crashed because of it's dependency from CFFI. If you remove dependency – everything go well.
Please, help me to resolve this issue.
