I expect some of you follow lambda-the-ultimate.org. I see that a recent post refers to a paper co-authored by Abram Hindle. It's pretty interesting.
I don't know if Abram still follows this mailing list, but he used to be very active in the Toronto Lisp group.

On Tuesday night, there's a presentation about processing.js which is a
JavaScript library for drawing on a canvas, based on the processing
programming language.
There's a library for clojure that interfaces with it and it could be
useful for creating visual art. Probably could interface using armed bear
common lisp as well.
